Under this contract, Biscom provides training for those aged 19 plus so that they can gain a Level 2 qualification.
The learner is assessed in the workplace as with the Apprenticeship, but does the NVQ aspect of the qualification only.

Every learner is allocated their own Assessor will provides the guidance and advice necessary to enable a portfolio of evidence to be built for the qualification.

The Assessor liaises with the employer regarding the requirements of the qualification to enable competence to be proved in all areas. To ensure that all of the requirements are fulfilled, the employer and/or Assessor will carry out training in the workplace during working hours.

At Biscom our dedicated Assessors provides the support to learners to help with gaining qualifications such as:
- Business Administration NVQ Level 2
- Customer Service NVQ Level 2
- Contact Centre NVQ Level 2
- Storage & Warehousing NVQ Level 2
- Information Technology NVQ Level 2
